The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great and convenient, close to Woodlands shops and restaurants, and offered a SPA-like ambiance. However, there were issues with hot water in one of the rooms and a lingering odor of contact cement. The gratis breakfast was a nice touch, but could be improved.
The hotel provided spacious rooms equipped with a fridge and microwave, though there was an issue with hot water during my stay. Despite this, the rooms were refreshing and not at all stuffy, making for a comfortable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was accommodating with our late check-in, and the location was perfect for our trip. The dining experience was excellent with fresh fruit for breakfast. However, the inability to bring in outside food was a bit of a downside. Overall, great value for money!
